Unfortunately not. Partner offers are only valid when redeemed directly with the relevant partners. They cannot be used in the hvv switch app.

Unfortunately not. Voucher codes issued by our mobility partners are only valid when using the app of those respective partners. hvv switch doesn't issue any vouchers, nor can any vouchers be redeemed when using the hvv switch app.

That depends on which transport company you were using. If you were travelling by bus or train, please enquire here to find out how you go about getting your lost property back. If you’ve forgotten something in a SIXT share, SHARE NOW, MOIA or MILES vehicle, please contact the relevant customer service.

By the way, you can also search for the lost item online at www.fundbuero.hamburg.de.

If you’ve found something in one of the vehicles, you can hand it in to the driver, to the central lost property office or to one of the hvv service points. You can find your nearest hvv service point here.

Items found in a MOIA shuttle vehicle should be handed in directly to the shuttle driver or to the central lost property office.

If you find any items in a SIXT share, SHARE NOW or MILES vehicle, you can place them in the glove compartment or the boot and then inform the relevant customer service.

• Single Ticket With this ticket you can travel once, in one direction, in the Hamburg AB zone or in all zones. You can also change to a different train line or bus route. Important: Round trips and return trips are not permitted with this ticket.
• Short Journey With this ticket you can travel once, in one direction, in the Hamburg AB zone. You can also change to a different train line or bus route. It is only valid when travelling on one section of a line or route, i.e. to the edge of the fare zone in which you started your trip. Important: Round trips and return trips are not permitted with this ticket.
• Local Journey With this ticket you can travel once, in one direction. You can also change to a different train line or bus route. It is only valid when travelling on two sections of a line or route, i.e. to the edge of the first fare zone beyond the fare zone in which you started your trip. Important: Round trips and return trips are not permitted with this ticket.
• 9 am Day Ticket With this day ticket you can travel with up to 3 children (6-14 years) as often as you like. It is valid from Monday to Friday from midnight to 6 am and then from 9 am till 6 am the following day. It can be used all day long on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• 9 am Group Ticket With this day ticket you can travel as often as you like with up to 4 other people. It is valid Monday to Friday, from midnight to 6 am and then from 9 am to 6 am the following day. It can be used all day long on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• All-Day Ticket With this day ticket you can travel as often as you like with up to 3 children (6-14 years old). It is valid until 6 am the following day.
• Weekly ticket: With this season ticket you can make any number of trips within the AB area (Rings A-F) for 7 days (e.B Wednesday to next Wednesday 6 o'clock). This season ticket is also available without a photo, but please carry an official photo ID.
• Deutschlandticket: With the Deutschlandticket you can travel nationwide on public regional and local transport (2nd class). Within the hvv you can use all buses, underground, S-Bahn and A-Bahn trains, regional trains and ferries. Long-distance services (ICE, IC, EC) and 1st class journeys are excluded (for use within the hvv, you can book a 1st class supplement via the app).

Your ticket purchased using the hvv switch app, for the hvv community tariff, is valid immediately after purchase. The 120-second countdown after you’ve completed your purchase indicates to inspectors whether your ticket was purchased in good time before you entered an area where a valid ticket is required.

Yes, partly. At hvv switch we currently accept driving licences issued in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.

As soon as you have your renewed driving licence, you can revalidate it via the hvv switch app. To do this, select 'Your driving licence' in the menu and click on the button 'Validate driving licence' to enter your new driving licence data and then start the online validation.
