FAQ
hvv Any Beta Test

We do beta testing for a variety of reasons. So far, we have mainly tested hvv Any with commissioned testers and colleagues. Since the acceptance of hvv Any is mainly based on the trust of the users in the system, high quality is very important to us. Of course we can do a lot of testing, but with your help we can increase the scope of our tests considerably. On the one hand, in terms of the spectrum of different journeys - on the other hand, in terms of the diversity of mobile devices. We also want to see whether the usage behaviour we expect from hvv Any is reflected in reality and are looking forward to your feedback. Please send your feedback by e-mail to hvv.any@hochbahn.de.

The recorded data is of course primarily used for the normal process of trip determination. Since we want to validate the quality of the recorded data of the terminals used and the trip determination, we use the recorded data for an analysis of the data itself and a comparison between the recorded data and the trip determined from it. The aim here is to find, analyse and eliminate any errors that occur in order to further improve the already high quality.

Secondly, we expect you to contact us directly if something goes wrong, if you would like to see an improvement in general or if you simply have a question. For your participation, you will receive a free ride in the A-F area for the duration of the beta test. You can also take up to 4 other people (adults or children) with you on your journeys. In addition to these benefits, you will of course also have the opportunity to directly contribute to the fine-tuning of hvv Any and to help shape its further development.
