Here's how it works:

• If you haven't already done so, add a payment method in the menu under “Profile.”
• Add your voucher code in the menu of the hvv switch app (top left) under “Vouchers.”
• Select the voucher before booking and off you go.

Please note:

• This voucher is valid for all products in hvv switch (except the hvv Deutschlandticket). You have four weeks to redeem the voucher. The exact date will be displayed on the voucher after it has been stored in the hvv switch app.
• If the voucher value is not sufficient for the selected product, the remaining amount will be debited from your account via your payment method. If the price is lower than the voucher value, the remaining credit will expire.
