Yes! You can add and save your voucher for later redemption in the app as long as it is valid. Make sure that the voucher does not expire.

You can easily add the voucher code in two steps:

  1. Open the hvv switch app and tap on "Your vouchers" in the menu.
  2. Enter your voucher code in the input field and confirm your entry by tapping on 'Add'.

Your voucher will now be displayed under 'Current vouchers'.

This can happen for one of the following reasons:

  • Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period. If a voucher is not redeemed within the specified validity period, it will be automatically removed from your account on the expiry date.
  • Vouchers have no remaining balance. If the voucher value exceeds the booking price when redeemed, leaving a balance, the balance will be forfeited.

You can redeem your voucher code as follows:

  1. Open the offer in the hvv switch app for which you would like to redeem your voucher.
  2. Before booking, the line "No voucher selected" will be displayed. Click on the pencil icon to select a voucher.
  3. A page will open showing you your vouchers. Select your voucher and confirm with "Apply".
  4. Start booking and save!

You did not select your voucher for redemption before booking. You should decide for yourself when to redeem your voucher, so we leave the decision up to you. You can find out how to redeem your voucher in the app here.

The validity period of your voucher has expired. Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period.

If your voucher could not be redeemed for any other reason, please contact our customer service.
